We are seeking a full-time, on-site Google Ads Expert based in Lahore to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to increase qualified traffic and boost online sales. This role requires hands-on experience in setting up and structuring Google Ads accounts, conducting thorough keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and designing efficient campaign and ad group structures. The expert will continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, adjust bids and budgets, and implement A/B testing to enhance click-through and conversion rates. Collaboration with marketing and design teams is essential to ensure alignment of ad campaigns with landing pages, promotional offers, and overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and sales.
- Set up and structure Google Ads accounts, including campaign and ad group organization.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
- Create and refine persuasive ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Adjust bids and budgets to maximize ROI and meet CPA targets.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Google Ads account setup, campaign management, keyword research, and bid optimization.
- Experience with performance analysis using Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to align ad content with effective landing pages.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including PPC strategy, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast campaign outcomes, and achieve defined ROI and CPA goals.
