We are seeking a dedicated Google Maps / Local SEO Expert to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. This position requires working onsite during the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of practical experience in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility and improve Google Maps rankings across multiple client locations. This role is critical for driving local lead generation and maintaining strong online reputations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Improve Google Maps rankings for targeted local areas through strategic SEO practices.
- Maintain citation consistency and manage NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) data across directories.
- Conduct thorough local keyword research to identify opportunities for enhanced visibility.
- Optimize service listings, categories, images, and business descriptions to align with best practices.
- Manage and respond to customer reviews to uphold and improve online reputation.
- Address and resolve issues related to profile verification, suspensions, and reinstatements.
- Monitor local search rankings and prepare detailed performance reports for clients.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Maps and Local SEO management.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with local citations and business directories to boost local SEO.
- Knowledge of geo-targeting techniques and factors influencing local search rankings.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement optimization strategies effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with US-based local businesses is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with service-area businesses (SABs) and their unique SEO challenges.
- Understanding of local backlink strategies and creation of localized content to support rankings.

The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and performance during the interview process. The monthly pay range is between Rs35,000 and Rs60,000. This is a full-time role requiring physical presence at the Lahore office.
