This is a job role for Global HR Coordinator technical recruitment.

The Global HR Coordinator technical recruitment will develop the entire recruitment life cycle using traditional and creative methodologies for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managed full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting - source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members.
  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow-through.
  • Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels (i.e., LinkedIn, indeed, and career sites)
  • Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Follow the GoProIT Recruitment process to make sure that the engineers have the right skill set/ qualification/ experience/ documentation before recommending them for a final interview with the Senior Management team (SMT) of GoProIT
  • Review CVs of engineers recommended/identified by other GoProIT team members for assessment
  • Update CVs as per job description and requirements and after approval of the Engineer shares it with the client.
  • Coordinate throughout with engineer and Client unless task delivered and completed Including business hours support.
  • Basic administration related to the recruitment process
  • Contact the engineers who are recommended by the Senior Management Team (SMT) and follow the recruitment process.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Regular reporting to the Management Team, follow the process of reporting.
  • Prepare yourself to take any work-related responsibility, that is not mentioned in these points.
  • Update Master HR document file and database of CV on daily basis. 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in HR
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CB, etc.)
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly submittal targets and maintaining the required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio
  • Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
