Responsibility:

Must have worked with FMCG, retail, beverages, confectionary, tobaccos.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives for their area of responsibility that deliver value to the business and meet the needs of a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (multiple functions across CCR, Corporate, independent bottlers, and suppliers).
Establish strong business partner relationships to ensure the programs implemented meet business requirements and they deliver intended value to stakeholders.
Develop strategic cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives which bring added value to the system, along with tools and solutions that improve or eliminate waste from current processes.
Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) programs with suppliers that deliver against strategic, operational performance, quality, productivity and sustainability goals.
Provide needed guidance to the business, including budget, forecasting, risk management, etc
Optimize cost, quality and service for inbound supply networks.
Build consensus and drive alignment with key Business partners for Procurement initiatives and programs.
Collaborate, advise and influence business stakeholders and suppliers.
Develop strategies for maximizing value and optimizing Supplier to Plant performance.
Drive continuous improvement in his/her area of responsibility leveraging lean/six-sigma methods.
Develop and implement robust supplier relationship and performance management programs to deliver against SLAs and innovation objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
Proven 6 years plus experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings and value-added results
