Description:
Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Engineer. The successful candidate will assist in daily manufacturing operations, monitor production processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves hands-on experience on the shop floor, coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining safety and efficiency in operations.
Responsibilities:
Support senior engineers and production managers in overseeing the daily manufacturing operations.
Monitor production lines, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
Collect and analyze production data to help optimize machine utilization, cycle times, and overall output.
Work closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met on time.
Participate in daily production meetings to track progress and address any bottlenecks.
- Accurately record production statistics, downtime reports, and maintenance log.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed at all times, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe operating procedures.
Assist in the identification and resolution of minor equipment faults and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled machine servicing, reducing unexpected downtimes.
- Assist in performing in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
