We are seeking an experienced Manager for GPON operations based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing GPON networks, including feeder, distribution, OLTs, ONTs, and FDHs. This role requires close coordination with vendors and civic agencies to ensure quality deployment, safety, and maintenance of both underground and aerial routes. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate network records and aligning teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring all assigned KPIs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the GPON network infrastructure, including feeder, distribution, OLTs, ONTs, and FDHs.
- Coordinate with vendors to monitor the quality and deployment of ongoing activities and conduct PATs (Post-Activation Tests).
- Manage KMZ files and as-built data on the GIS portal to maintain updated network documentation.
- Liaise with civic agencies to ensure the safety and improvement of underground (UG) and aerial routes.
- Maintain detailed records of cable cuts, cable data, and extended network infrastructure.
- Lead teams to troubleshoot and resolve high power and low power network issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of KPIs assigned by management to support operational goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologies, or Computer Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing FTTH or GPON networks.
- Proven expertise in handling GPON components such as OLTs, ONTs, and FDHs.
- Strong coordination skills with vendors and government agencies.
- Ability to manage GIS-based network data and documentation accurately.
- Experience in team leadership and issue resolution within telecom networks.
