Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated teacher with excellent English proficiency to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching children aged 6 to 7 years. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, Pakistan, requiring commitment to a structured weekly schedule and occasional Saturday work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students aged 6 to 7 years.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback to support improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities as required.
- Adhere to the school’s policies and schedules, including working Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM, Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM, and one Saturday per month.

Required Qualifications:
- Absolute fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a formal school setting (tuition or private tutoring experience will not be considered).
- Ability to commute reliably to the work location near Karsaz Road, Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance during the demonstration lesson, with a range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month.
