We are looking for highly motivated Test Team Lead to work for an exciting new FinTech start-up in Sydney! Resource will work at our office in Karachi for the client in Australia.
This company has huge financial backing and amazing Sydney CBD offices!
You will be charged with driving the automation side of the test strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute test strategies for the team (functional, system, regression, integration, automation, load etc)
- Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
- Review Epics, stories and requirements and provide estimates and burndowns to delivery
- Create and execute test plans (manual and automated) as appropriate.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
===========================
- Minimum of 5 years' lead experience covering all areas of the testing life cycle in multiple industries
- Proven experience managing test projects and teams (minimum of 6 employees)
- Well versed in test methodologies including BDD and automation (Selenium, SpecFlow, Cucumber, Gherkin etc)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal .
