Graphic Designer – E-Commerce, Packaging & Marketing Assets

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our remote team from Pakistan, focusing on e-commerce, packaging, and marketing assets. This full-time independent contractor role requires creating engaging packaging designs, product marketing visuals, website graphics, and promotional materials for various e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience preparing design files for both digital use and print production. The position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Los Angeles Time, with fixed monthly compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare retail packaging files using provided dielines, product specifications, and brand guidelines.
- Create packaging layouts that are print-ready, ensuring correct bleed, trim, safe zones, die cuts, and fold lines.
- Organize design files with proper layer structure to meet manufacturing and printing requirements.
- Develop artwork for labels, boxes, inserts, and other retail packaging components while maintaining brand consistency.
- Produce visual assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, homepage visuals, and product launch materials.
- Edit and enhance product photography to support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Design e-commerce product images and marketplace-style graphics aligned with brand identity.
- Follow instructions carefully and revise designs based on feedback to ensure professional, high-quality output.
- Manage multiple design tasks efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing marketing and packaging design work.
- Experience preparing print-ready files, with a solid understanding of bleed, trim, safe zones, dielines, and file organization for manufacturing.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent skills in layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and the capability to work independently once instructions are clear.
- Minimum of two years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Los Angeles Time.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Figma and skills in product photography editing.
- Experience designing product graphics for platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or other marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of short motion graphics or simple animation is a plus.
- Understanding of 3D software like Blender or Cinema 4D, with experience creating product mockups or render-style visuals considered advantageous.

This role requires hands-on design expertise and a thorough understanding of production workflows. Candidates must be able to clearly explain their process for preparing print files, including managing bleed, trim, safe zones, dielines, and layered file organization. Applicants who primarily rely on AI tools without a solid grasp of design and production principles will not be considered.

We are looking for a candidate who consistently delivers clean, professional design work with a strong understanding of e-commerce and product marketing visuals. The ability to follow directions precisely, maintain consistent output, and communicate effectively is essential.

Compensation ranges from approximately Rs69,000 to Rs97,000 per month, paid bi-monthly. This is a fully remote position based in Pakistan.
