We are currently seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Digital Media department. This full-time position is based in Lahore with a hybrid remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for social media, websites, events, and corporate branding, helping to elevate NBFP’s brand presence and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, creatives, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Create professional graphics for websites and various digital platforms to enhance online presence.
- Develop visually appealing event materials including posters, banners, backdrops, invitations, and promotional items.
- Produce creative designs for announcements and corporate communications to maintain consistent messaging.
- Create and maintain brand identity by developing and updating branding materials.
- Design marketing and promotional content for events, campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes suitable for social media and website requirements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and event teams to deliver timely and effective design solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Familiarity with Canva and other design tools is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of social media design principles and digital marketing creatives.
- A creative mindset paired with strong attention to detail and an eye for typography, color schemes, layouts, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in social media design, event branding, corporate branding, poster design, website graphics, marketing creatives, announcements, and digital design is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000.
- Flexible hybrid work location based in Lahore, allowing a balance between remote and on-site work.
