Graphic Designer / AI Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer based in Lahore to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires occasional office attendance at our Fazaia Downtown location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging digital and print media, including videos, social media posts, brochures, and presentations. You will work on diverse projects, applying your design expertise to create compelling motion and static content while leveraging AI tools to enhance the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Capcut, Canva, and AI-based tools to create high-quality graphics and videos.
- Demonstrate proficiency with AI image and video generation tools to streamline and accelerate the creative workflow.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of polished and professional design materials.
- Design a variety of digital and print assets, including reels, videos, social media graphics, brochures, and presentations.
- Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and optimizations throughout the design process.
- Maintain awareness of current industry trends, technology standards, social media developments, and the competitive landscape.
- Establish and uphold the company’s creative direction within established brand parameters.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital media design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, and a keen eye for design.
- Experience working with AI image and video generation tools is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Lahore and comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, including onsite presence when required.
