Graphic Designer And Animator

SI Global Solutions Private Limited is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Animator to join their Karachi-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for both digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and web graphics. This role requires a creative professional who can produce motion graphics and animations, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while collaborating closely with marketing, development, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visual content for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media posts, presentations, and website graphics.
- Develop motion graphics, short animations, and visual elements for videos and interactive content using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate briefs into innovative and polished creative concepts.
- Deliver production-ready designs within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare and optimize graphic assets for web and mobile applications, ensuring compatibility across different platforms.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and assets for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand identity.

Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in layout, typography, and visual composition using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar animation and video editing software.
- Proven ability to produce digital assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, development, and product teams, interpreting creative briefs accurately.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience preparing assets for web and mobile platforms is advantageous.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and animation work across various formats and platforms.
