Graphic Designer - Apparel

We are seeking a talented Apparel Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and commercially viable graphics, prints, illustrations, typography, and placements for apparel collections. This role requires a strong understanding of seasonal themes, current trends, and brand direction to create compelling graphic concepts. The designer will collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the successful execution of artwork, while also producing production-ready files that meet precise specifications. A key part of the role involves researching the latest graphic and apparel trends and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and design efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and commercial apparel graphics, prints, illustrations, typography, and placements that align with brand identity.
- Create graphic concepts based on seasonal themes, trends, and overall brand direction.
- Prepare production-ready artwork with accurate placements, colors, and technical specifications suitable for manufacturing.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure smooth execution and alignment of graphic elements.
- Conduct research on current graphic and apparel trends to inform and inspire new graphic directions.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve graphic development, ideation, artwork creation, and overall design efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in apparel graphic design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic and design development is required.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and apparel graphic placement principles.
- Good knowledge of apparel printing techniques and production requirements to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 100,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
