Graphic Designer cum Video Editor (Mustafa Developers, DHA-2, Islamabad) - Construction Industry

Mustafa Developers is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join their Marketing & Creative team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This full-time role involves creating compelling visual content for real estate projects, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of current social media trends, and the ability to transform concepts into high-quality graphics and engaging video content that effectively communicates the brand’s message.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative visuals tailored to real estate projects and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Produce designs suitable for both digital and print media.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to generate innovative creative concepts.

Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Create engaging property and project videos for social media and digital advertising channels.
- Transform raw footage into polished, captivating content.
- Incorporate transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and other visual enhancements.
- Assist with video shooting and content production as needed.
- Produce video content that aligns with the latest social media trends.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Media Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with creativity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in real estate, construction, marketing, or advertising sectors will be considered an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is essential.
- Competitive salary range of Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month.
