Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer position is a full-time, on-site role located in Johar Town, Lahore, seeking a candidate with 1 to 2 years of professional experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms. This includes creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, website assets, and promotional materials. The role requires close collaboration with developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure that all creative outputs align with brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging layouts and select appropriate typography and color schemes for various design projects.
- Prepare and deliver design assets suitable for digital and print use.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance visual quality.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and development to ensure cohesive design execution.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within IT, digital marketing, or a creative agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
- Experience in creating social media graphics, marketing materials, website assets, and other digital creatives.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and previous work achievements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, a collaborative approach, and openness to constructive feedback.
