Graphic Designer

Falaknaz Group of Companies is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Falak Marketing team at our Malir Cantt, Karachi location. This full-time role requires a creative professional with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a background in real estate marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across both digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging presentations for our real estate projects. This position demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and incorporating feedback efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, and project booklets.
- Create social media creatives such as posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and digital advertisements for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Develop email newsletters, landing page graphics, and website banners to support marketing campaigns.
- Prepare project presentations, pitch decks, and sales kits to assist the sales team.
- Design layouts for payment plans, floor plans, and project launch campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all Falaknaz projects and communications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate briefs into polished designs.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
- Incorporate revisions and feedback promptly to refine designs.
- Stay informed about current design trends and real estate marketing styles to keep creative output fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proven experience working on real estate projects is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is advantageous.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects are a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Ability to work effectively with architectural renders and 3D visuals.
