Graphic Designer

HF Global Services Pvt. Ltd., a professional services firm with operations in Pakistan, Bahrain, Dubai, and the United Kingdom, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their Karachi-based team. The company specializes in accounting, audit, taxation, business advisory, HR, and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Develop branded posts, carousels, infographics, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials that align with the company’s visual identity.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency while being visually appealing and effective.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to understand content needs and campaign goals.
- Create marketing materials for diverse business services and client projects.
- Edit and refine existing designs based on constructive feedback.
- Stay current with graphic design trends, layouts, and innovative creative approaches.
- Deliver high-quality designs punctually according to the content calendar and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
- Practical experience in creating social media posts, promotional graphics, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral using Adobe software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro is considered an advantage.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Basic knowledge of branding, digital marketing strategies, and social media content requirements will be beneficial.
