Graphic Designer

The company is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer based in Karachi. This role involves creating and refining visual materials for both digital and print platforms to support Ocean1’s brand identity and student services. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, and promotional campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s values and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Design logos, branding elements, and maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
- Develop layouts and typography treatments that enhance readability and visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and advisory teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Prepare design files for production and maintain an organized library of design assets.
- Stay updated on current design trends and propose innovative ideas to improve the company’s visual communication.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design with experience in creating visual assets for both digital and print media.
- Proficiency in logo design and branding to develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity.
- Expertise in typography, including layout design, hierarchy, and readability across various formats.
- Competence in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- A proven portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work relevant to marketing and brand communication.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and meet deadlines effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Familiarity with the education or consulting sectors is advantageous.
- Experience designing for social media and web content is a plus.
