Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with specialized expertise in textbook design and formatting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing professional books, educational materials, covers, layouts, and preparing print-ready files. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure consistency, proper formatting, and high print quality while delivering visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and format textbooks and educational materials with a focus on clarity and visual appeal.
- Create professional book covers, layouts, and print-ready files that meet publishing standards.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across projects to ensure brand and style uniformity.
- Collaborate with content creators and editors to understand design requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop proficiently to execute design tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in textbook design and formatting.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging layouts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback.
