Graphic Designer

Bonanza Satrangi is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join their team at the Head Office in Karachi. This full-time role involves creating engaging visual content across various platforms including digital, print, motion graphics, and in-store displays. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s visual identity while delivering high-quality design assets that support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital campaign visuals, promotional graphics, social media creatives, and digital advertisements.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, lookbooks, and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short video content tailored for digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Design in-store branding materials, promotional signage, and visual merchandising assets to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printing services to produce accurate, print-ready artwork.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, fashion, marketing, or a creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in both digital and print design, including motion graphics and video creation.
- Strong skills in layout design and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines.
