The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. This position involves creating compelling visual concepts that support the Group’s branding, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and print materials. The designer will be responsible for producing logos, layouts, and promotional graphics that align with Falaknaz’s identity and project goals. Collaboration with marketing and project teams is essential to maintain consistency across all visual communications. Additionally, the role includes preparing design files for production, participating in brainstorming sessions, refining concepts based on feedback, and managing organized design libraries and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.
- Design logos, layouts, and promotional graphics that reflect the company’s identity and project requirements.
- Prepare and finalize design files for production and distribution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback to refine design concepts.
- Maintain organized design libraries and adhere to established brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual work.
- Experience in logo design and branding to develop and sustain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in typography and layout design for both digital and print media.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into clear, engaging visual solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Karachi.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
