Graphic Designer

6th Sense Marketing Agency is a dynamic and performance-focused creative agency specializing in Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising, Shopify store development, and brand storytelling. We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who excels at creating visually compelling designs and bringing brands to life through innovative storytelling. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our campaigns and collaborating closely with marketing teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and brand assets.
- Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure consistent high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Create engaging visuals tailored for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and branding.
- Ability to independently manage projects with a creative and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
