Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably within a tech startup or agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing digital assets, brand work, and product visuals. This role involves creating compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns, enhances the user experience, and maintains brand consistency across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce social graphics, email headers, banners, and blog visuals that effectively communicate the brand message. Develop and maintain templates for presentations, one-pagers, and case studies to ensure consistency and efficiency in content creation. Create UI illustrations and product graphics for the company website and documentation, enhancing the overall user interface and experience. Support paid advertising campaigns by designing ad visuals for social media and display networks. Actively contribute to the evolution of the brand style guide and design system, ensuring all creative output aligns with the company’s visual identity.

Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a tech startup or agency setting. A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in digital assets, branding, and product-related visuals. Proficient understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy to create balanced and effective designs. Ability to work independently from a brief, delivering high-quality work with minimal revisions.

Tools and Software Proficiency
Experience using design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva Pro, Frame.io, and Google Slides is essential. Familiarity with Notion for project management and documentation is a plus.
