Graphic Designer

STACKONN is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to enhance our brand and marketing visuals. In this role, you will create clean, modern design assets for web, social media, advertisements, and product marketing, ensuring all materials remain consistent and aligned with our brand identity. The position is based in Lahore with a preferred hybrid work arrangement of three days in-office and two days remote, though flexibility can be discussed for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing creatives including social media posts, ads, banners, and announcements.
- Develop web visuals such as icons, illustrations, and UI graphics for landing pages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, focusing on color, typography, and layout standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to understand objectives and propose compelling visual concepts.
- Produce export-ready assets optimized for both web and print, ensuring correct sizes, formats, and compression.
- Manage multiple design requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Create lightweight templates to streamline recurring design projects.
- Make rapid iterations based on feedback while maintaining high-quality output.
- Organize and maintain design files meticulously for easy handoff, including proper naming conventions, version control, and source file management.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, either in an agency or in-house setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, and contemporary layout designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
- Excellent eye for typography, spacing, color harmony, and overall composition.
- Ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly without compromising quality.
- Basic understanding of web design constraints such as responsiveness, safe areas, and export sizing.
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined file management and handoff processes.
- Must be based in Lahore or able to work from Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
