Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Andaz, a leading provider of printing and packaging solutions specializing in dermatology and pharmaceutical packaging. Located in Ali Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore, this full-time, on-site role offers working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing innovative packaging and promotional materials, working closely with marketing and production teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative solutions. With a comprehensive in-house setup featuring advanced printing technology, Andaz is committed to excellence and creativity in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative concepts for a variety of packaging solutions, particularly for dermatology and pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Produce high-quality mockups and prepare print-ready files for diverse packaging projects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Review and approve proofs to ensure final products meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in printing and packaging design.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative design solutions.
