Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Andaz, a leading provider of printing and packaging solutions specializing in dermatology and pharmaceutical packaging. Located in Ali Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore, this full-time, on-site role offers working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. The starting salary package is competitive at 140,000 PKR per month, with potential adjustments based on expertise.

At Andaz, we provide a comprehensive range of services to elevate and shape brands, including designing brand stores, graphics, and executing print-to-pack projects using our advanced in-house printing setup. Our capabilities include offset and metalized printing, allowing us to deliver high-quality promotional materials and customized giveaways that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative concepts for diverse packaging solutions, focusing on dermatology and pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Produce high-quality mockups and print-ready files for various packaging projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Review and approve proofs to guarantee the final product adheres to quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio emphasizing printing and packaging design.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and provide unique design solutions.
