Graphic Designer

Nurel.pk is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to oversee and elevate the brand’s visual identity. This role involves leading the design team and managing creative output across advertising, social media, eCommerce, and packaging. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with creative leadership, accountability, and the ability to develop original concepts independently. A key requirement is previous hands-on experience working with eCommerce brands, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely design work that aligns with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Nurel’s visual identity and maintain overall design quality.
- Develop innovative creative concepts for advertising campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand communications.
- Design high-quality static ads, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the design team to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Review design work, provide constructive feedback, and uphold brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of website banners, eCommerce visuals, product graphics, packaging, and other brand assets.
- Create advertising creatives specifically for Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and video teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Plan and prioritize design tasks, manage deadlines, and take responsibility for the team’s overall output.
- Introduce fresh ideas, identify opportunities for creative improvement, and continuously enhance Nurel’s visual communication standards.

Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience working with eCommerce brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce creatives, advertising designs, product visuals, branding, and campaign work.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in managing, guiding, and reviewing the work of other designers.
- Excellent creative judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Experience creating static ad creatives for Meta Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of product marketing, promotional campaigns, and conversion-focused design.
- Experience with FMCG, beauty, skincare, haircare, or other consumer product brands is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and deadline management skills.
- Own capable laptop or workstation is required.
