Graphic Designer

My Brand Genius (MBG), based in Valencia Town, Lahore, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our onsite team. We specialize in growing brands on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and others across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and beyond. Our design team plays a crucial role in creating compelling visuals that not only look great but also effectively communicate product value and answer buyer questions before they arise. You will be responsible for producing high-quality listing images, A+ and Premium A+ content, Brand Stores, and other brand creatives for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Design main product images, secondary images, infographics, lifestyle shots, and comparison visuals that enhance product appeal.
- Develop Premium A+ content, brand stories, and storefronts that are visually premium and drive conversions.
- Translate product features, brand identity, and marketing goals into innovative creative concepts.
- Adapt designs to comply with specific marketplace guidelines and regional language requirements.
- Maintain consistency in templates and brand guidelines across various client brands.
- Create multiple design variants for account teams to test and analyze performance results.
- Collaborate closely in weekly sprints with account managers, PPC, and content teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional design experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or brand content environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts and creative thinking, beyond simple edits of existing layouts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Figma or Canva for rapid layout creation.
- Advanced skills in retouching, cutouts, and compositing that accurately represent the real product.
- A design approach focused on addressing buyer objections and enhancing user experience, not just aesthetics.
- Clear written English communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Strong self-management skills, including proactive status updates without the need for follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience designing for Amazon is highly desirable, with knowledge of Walmart or Chewy content standards considered a strong plus.
- Skills in product video creation, motion graphics, and use of AI image tools with strict quality assurance are advantageous.
- Previous agency experience and familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or similar sprint tools will be beneficial.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
