Graphic Designer

CrewBizz is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. The primary focus of this role is designing Amazon listing visuals and packaging, while also supporting social media and other marketing creative needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled at transforming briefs into clear, polished designs and proficient in leveraging AI tools throughout the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Amazon listing images, A+ content, and product marketing visuals that effectively showcase products.
- Create packaging designs and prepare artwork files ready for production.
- Develop engaging social media creatives and other brand-related visuals as required.
- Ensure consistent branding, typography, and visual quality across all projects.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with ideation, image editing, and design production, while critically reviewing the quality of AI-generated outputs.
- Refine and revise designs based on project briefs and feedback from stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively incorporate AI tools within the design workflow.
- Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work and skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with video editing is considered a plus but is not mandatory.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM
