Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with at least one year of professional experience to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing graphics across multiple digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This position requires on-site work and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media graphics that resonate with target audiences.
- Create website banners and various visual assets to strengthen the company’s online presence.
- Develop advertising creatives for platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Produce branding materials that reflect and reinforce the company’s identity.
- Design marketing graphics to support promotional initiatives.
- Assist with basic UI/UX design tasks as required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and incorporating feedback effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance design and creative workflows.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in maintaining brand standards.
- Capability to handle multiple deadlines and projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI-assisted design platforms like ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or other image generation tools is advantageous.
