Key Responsibilities
- Create custom sportswear and apparel designs, including logos, team graphics, and branding elements for a diverse client base.
- Develop design concepts and prepare production-ready files that meet quality and technical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all visual materials.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining brand guidelines and adhering to project deadlines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment, balancing creativity with practical constraints.
- Contribute ideas to improve design workflows and uphold Ethnical Apparel’s commitment to an outstanding customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing apparel or sportswear-related projects.
- Strong abilities in logo design and branding to create cohesive visual identities for teams and organizations.
- Proficiency in typography, including type selection and layout for jerseys, uniforms, and promotional materials.
- Experience using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or equivalent tools.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to interpret client requirements and adapt designs to production limitations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work on-site in a team-oriented setting.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of print processes, fabric limitations, and color management specific to apparel design is considered an advantage.
