We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Media team, based in Peshawar or Mardan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and multimedia content that effectively promote our campaigns, events, and company activities. This role requires a creative individual who can manage social media content, produce videos and photos, and maintain consistent branding across all platforms. The position is on-site and offers a starting salary of Rs30,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional posters, advertisements, social media posts, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Design creative content tailored for campaigns, events, university promotions, and company-related activities.
- Manage and publish engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Shoot videos and photos to capture office activities and marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos for social media reels, advertisements, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual style are maintained across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and incorporate them into content creation to maximize reach and impact.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar design and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, video editing techniques, and social media content creation.
- Basic skills in photography and videography to support content production.
- Creativity and keen attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in graphic design and social media management is preferred but not mandatory.
