Graphic Designer | UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer | UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to creating professional visual designs along with modern, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, branding, website design, and UI/UX principles. This role involves transforming ideas and project requirements into clean, attractive, and functional designs that boost user engagement and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive UI/UX interfaces for websites and landing pages.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and complete website layouts.
- Develop social media posts, banners, advertisements, and various marketing materials.
- Design logos, brand identities, business cards, brochures, presentations, and other corporate collateral.
- Maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines across all design outputs.
- Improve existing website interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Interpret project requirements to generate innovative and creative design concepts.
- Prepare optimized graphics and design assets for websites and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers and team members to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and UI/UX to keep designs fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, including website and mobile interface design.
- Experience with responsive web design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create branding and corporate identity designs.
- Skilled in producing social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Proven ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in Graphic Design and/or UI/UX Design with a strong professional portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Capability to handle revisions and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva is advantageous.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience designing for e-commerce websites is beneficial.

This position is based in our office located in Clifton Block 2, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to this location. The role primarily involves working night shifts regularly, with occasional day shifts depending on business needs. Flexibility to work either day or night shifts is required. The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000, depending on experience and skills.
