Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer

Comtanix, a rapidly growing BPO (not a call center) based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional, hands-on experience. This role requires a creative individual with a strong visual aesthetic and practical skills in user interface and user experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual content across various digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, dashboards, social media, and marketing materials. A well-curated portfolio showcasing both Graphic Design and UI/UX projects is essential for consideration. This is a full-time, in-person position with night shift hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong expertise in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design to create compelling digital content.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Apply knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Design a variety of digital assets including websites, mobile interfaces, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Employ creative thinking and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work.
- Interpret project requirements accurately and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicating ideas clearly and contributing to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience and strong skills in using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and graphic design fundamentals.
- Detail-oriented with a self-driven approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
