Kashif Iqbal Thalassaemia Care Centre (KITCC) is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and help produce engaging digital content for social media, awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, events, and organizational communications.

We’re looking for someone with a good creative eye, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling designs and videos. Whether you're designing social media posts, editing Instagram Reels, creating YouTube thumbnails, or experimenting with animation and AI-powered video tools, your work will help us connect with audiences and spread an important message.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Visual Content

Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Create social media posts, campaign creatives, promotional banners, advertisements, posters, flyers, and digital materials.
Design attractive YouTube thumbnails, video covers, and other visual assets.
Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and organizational communications.

Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, interviews, event highlights, and awareness campaigns.
Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and other elements to improve video quality.
Create engaging visual stories that communicate messages clearly and effectively.
Edit and organize footage captured during events, interviews, awareness activities, and other organizational programs.

Animation, Motion Graphics & AI Video

Create basic 2D animations, motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects.
Explore AI-powered tools for video generation, image-to-video creation, and creative content production.
Develop animated explainers and innovative visual content for digital campaigns.

Photography & Videography

Capture photographs and video footage of events, interviews, activities, and special occasions.
Assist with on-site video shoots, interviews, and content production.
Organize footage and prepare visual assets for editing and publishing.

Teamwork & Delivery

Work with the marketing and communications team to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay updated on social media trends, design styles, editing techniques, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative role.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
A creative mindset with a strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
Ability to edit engaging videos for social media and digital platforms.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
A portfolio or samples of previous design and video editing work.

Additional Skills That Will Be a Plus You don't need to be an expert in everything. Experience in any of the following areas will give you an advantage:

Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
2D animation and animated explainers.
AI video generation and image-to-video tools.
Photography, videography, and camera handling.
Sound design, color correction, and visual effects.
Creative content production for social media campaigns.
