We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our digital presence by producing compelling website designs, cohesive brand identities, and versatile marketing graphics. In this role, you will work closely with our performance and content teams to create visuals that are not only visually appealing but also drive user engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a user-focused mindset and consistently deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, home pages, and complete website UI elements with a strong emphasis on user experience.
- Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, color palettes, typography guides, and comprehensive brand style guides.
- Develop marketing graphics such as blog visuals, banners, infographics, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Collaborate effectively with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent visual language across all platforms.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback, applying creative problem-solving to improve outcomes.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and supports overall performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design and brand identity projects.
- Solid understanding of modern UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of website structure and responsiveness; coding skills are not mandatory.
- High creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience working alongside developers or familiarity with design hand-off tools such as Figma or Zeplin is a plus.
- Background in eCommerce or landing page design is advantageous.
- Skills in animation or motion graphics will be considered an asset.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore. Candidates should be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting.
