Graphic Designer (with AI Tools Expertise)

Aroma 24/7 Pakistan is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in AI tools to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves creating compelling visuals that bring intangible products like scents to life, driving customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will leverage AI technologies to enhance design workflows, produce high-quality product mockups, and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, including ads, banners, and story/reel graphics tailored to various product lines.
- Develop product packaging, labels, box designs, and catalogues for diffusers, candles, sprays, and oils.
- Create website and e-commerce visuals for platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, including product listing images, homepage banners, and promotional graphics.
- Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Leonardo AI, and Runway to generate concepts, lifestyle scenes, mockups, and streamline content production.
- Ensure all designs align with and reinforce the brand’s identity across all marketing channels.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design software.
- Practical experience with AI design tools for image generation, editing, and video content creation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Ability to craft effective AI prompts and refine outputs into polished, brand-compliant designs.
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging specifications.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Basic experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Background in FMCG, fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce branding.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform and social media advertising creative standards.
- Skills in product photo retouching.
