Kashif Iqbal Thalassaemia Care Centre (KITCC) is seeking a skilled Graphics & Video Editor to join our team and contribute to a meaningful cause. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use your creativity and technical expertise to enhance our visual storytelling, raise awareness, and support our mission of providing free treatment to Thalassaemia patients. You will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence by creating compelling graphics and videos that engage our community and drive donor support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality and engaging graphics for various digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, as well as posters and branding materials.
- Edit both short-form videos (such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer documentary-style content to effectively communicate our work.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, audio styles, and editing techniques to ensure content remains fresh and appealing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to design and implement campaigns that increase donor engagement and patient awareness.
- Assist with camera operation during shoots to capture raw footage of events, patient stories, and activities at the center (experience in this area is a plus).

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills with the ability to evoke emotion and inspire action through creative content.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
