We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills combined with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and current design trends. This role involves creating visually engaging graphics and intuitive digital experiences that align with brand guidelines and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.
- Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and consistent with brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and project managers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and usability.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, layouts, icons, and other visual elements across projects.
- Review and refine existing designs based on usability testing and performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed design assets and specifications to support development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, UI/UX, and digital design to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that improve user experience.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe XD or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to better communicate design implementation.
- Previous experience designing SaaS platforms, websites, dashboards, or similar digital products is a plus.
