Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer who is passionate about creating visually appealing and impactful design solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling graphics for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Create high-quality graphics tailored for web and mobile applications, ensuring they complement user experience and interface design principles.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communications.
- Develop and edit multimedia content such as videos and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Design engaging social media posts that attract and grow our audience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for visual content.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience designing content specifically for social media and other digital platforms.
- Strong skills in video editing and animation to create dynamic multimedia content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000, depending on experience and skills.
