GRC Officer/ ISO Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GRC / ISO Compliance Officer to enhance and lead our governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our adherence to ISO standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Standards: Lead the full implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Audit & Assurance: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify gaps and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.

Governance & Policy: Develop, update, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support governance and compliance objectives.

Remediation: Monitor and track non-conformities, conduct root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues effectively and prevent recurrence.

Continuous Improvement: Prepare the organization for external audits and promote a culture of operational excellence by embedding best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on expertise with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 control sets and clauses, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their application in a corporate environment.

Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, preparing compliance documentation, and facilitating audits to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Strong knowledge of information security controls, data privacy principles, and quality governance frameworks.

Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
