IT Network Engineer

Green Electrical Bikes is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an IT Network and Social Media Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency in IT networking and a creative flair for managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

IT Network:

Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT network infrastructure.
Configure, install, and upgrade network equipment and software.
Monitor network performance and security to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with IT team members to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
Provide technical support to resolve network-related issues for employees.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing.
Proven experience in IT networking, including network configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Familiarity with network protocols, security protocols, and network monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
