  1. Supervise day to day Operations.
  2. Respond to customer services issues in timely manner.
  3. Create effective customer service procedure,polices and standards.
  4. develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  5. keep record of customer interaction recording details of queries complaints and comments.
  6. identify and escalate priority issues per client specification.
  7. stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  8. take all necessary measure to ensure client satisfaction.
  9. provide guidelines to customers according to set procedure and guidelines.
