This position is functionally responsible for supervising all routine administrative, travel (Domestic & International), accommodation and event management matters of the Head Office while maintaining strong coordination with HR & Administration, Supply Chain and Finance and compliance with company policies.  

·         Oversee all administrative functions and ensure smooth operations at Head Office

·         Establish and implement robust administrative & asset management systems in compliance with policies & procedures

·         Prepare and update Admin policies and procedures

·         Ensure asset management plan is in place and all assets are fully ensured

·         Establish & implement fleet management systems, ensure proper documentation, vehicle insurances, logbooks, fuel consumption and services protocols are observed at all times

·         Conduct annual inventory audit of the asset management systems to ensure if actual assets are available as per record

·         Act as focal person for the maintenance and repairs of assets/infrastructure and liaise with appropriate staff to arrange quality repairs of reported malfunctions in timely manner

·         Manage all office lease agreements and related issues

·         Develop & execute security management system and protocols to support GSM’s operations at all offices.
