Human Resource Officer

We are looking for an "HR Officer and Admin”to join our team in our Lahore office. The Human Resource Officer is responsible for all the functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring the required candidates according to the ongoing projects, leave management, preparation of all the paperwork, onboarding new employees, reporting, and administration of company policies. Candidate should be fluent in the English language with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience working in a similar company is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing employment.
All the Admin staff, handling day-to-day Administration tasks.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Attendance and Leave Tracking.
Update and implement an employee handbook

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any International Software house, BPO, or Call Center.
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Protecting the interests of all employees.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
