Requirments / Job Specification.
- Graduation in any Accounting / IT / Business Degree. ( B.Com with some IT Degree will be preffered.)
- Fresh Graduates with good concepts are encourges to apply, experience will be considered plus.
- Must have sound knowledge of Accounts ( Chart of Accounts, Accounting Voucher, Day Book, Ledger, Profit and Loss Statment, Income Statement, Balance Sheet etc.)
- Must have good Knowledge of Computer / IT.
- Must Have Own Bike/ Vehicle or willing arrange from joining
- Must Have Own Laptop or willing to arrange on joining.
- Must be willing to stay long term in compny.
- Commitment and Attitude worth more than knowledge. We will provide necessary knowledge and trainings.
Duties / Specification.
- Deployment of Software.
- Coordination with Client and your team.
- Trainings & Consultacny to clients.
- Project Management ( Survey of Client premises, data gathering
Salary Package
Basic Salary (25k to 35k) based on knowledge and experience.
Conveyance Allownce (6k / Daily One Litter petrol on avg.)
Bike Maintainance. Rs.1500/ p.m.
Mobile Allowance. Rs.1200 / Official sim with package.
Internet Allowance. Rs. 1000 / or Package by company
Food Allowance. Daily Lunch / 200 Rs Daily as per your choice
Hostel Accomodation. Only for residents of other than Lahore.
Provident Fund. 5-10% of Basic Salary.
Wedding Allowance. Rs. 5000/- p.m. per marriage.
UAN Allowance. Rs.2000/- p.m.
Honorarium. Rs. 5000-10000/- p.m based on performance.
Increment. 10% w.e.f 1st July of every Year / 20 % on performance.
Promotion. any time when offical/ officer claims knowledge of higher post and passed the criteria test.
TA / DA. Complete Travelling, Food, Residence Expenses with addition to Daily allownace 50% /100% of the basic salary of the days in case of out of city visits.
Bounces. On Both EID's as per Managment decided percentage.
Leave Management.
- 4 Leaves in a month.
- 14 Yearly Leaves.
- All Islamic Occasions Leaves (Eid’s, Ashura, Milad)
- Marriage Leave 7 Days.
- Leave can be en-cashed.
Duty Timings: (2 Shifts)
SHIFT A:
10:00 AM TO 7:00PM (9 Hours with one hour break for namaz and lunch)
SHIFT B:
01:00 pm to 10:00 pm (9 Hours with one-hour break for MAGRIB namaz and meal)
Shift selection is purely right of Hire Management.
