Saleeqa is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GRN Officer to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and ensuring all incoming stock is verified and documented properly. This role requires close coordination with various departments and suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. The position offers a competitive salary with allowances and requires a commitment to working 11-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for all incoming stock.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect quantities, product descriptions, and quality of received items.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies, shortages, excess quantities, or damaged goods promptly.
- Maintain accurate GRN records and update inventory data regularly.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff, store managers, and the Accounts Department.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of all stock receiving procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a GRN Officer.
- Experience working in marts, supermarkets, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Must be a resident of Karachi and possess a valid CNIC.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in inventory management software will be an advantage.
- The role offers a salary of PKR 60,000 plus allowances.
- The position requires working 11 hours per shift, based in Karachi.
- This is an in-person role, requiring physical presence at the workplace.
