A Canadian e-commerce company GroceryDone4u is urgently hiring males and females for outdoor/indoor marketing, vendor hunting, customer support and vendor handling.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to generate sales and new vendor on-boarding either by cold calling, outdoor visits or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Cold call vendors using a given phone directory for business terms
- Outdoor marketing and visits
- Persuade the vendor for better business terms
- Record the customer’s or vendor's personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales and vendors' expansion
- Keep records of calls, and sales and record useful information
- Other assigned task
Requirements:
- Proven experience as sales agent or similar sales/customer service role (Freshers can also apply)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone and physical meetings
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with vendors
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer/vendor rejection
- Residents of Gulistan e Jauhar, Gulshan, Shahre Faisal would be preferred.
