The role involves maintaining padel courts and their surrounding facilities to ensure they remain in excellent playing condition while supporting smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include cleaning and grooming artificial turf courts, inspecting and maintaining glass walls, fencing, nets, lighting, and court accessories. The candidate will prepare courts for training sessions and tournaments, assist with equipment handling, and provide event support. Reporting any maintenance defects and ensuring the courts are operationally ready is essential. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and landscaping around the courts is required to uphold a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and groom artificial turf courts regularly to maintain optimal playing conditions.
- Inspect and maintain court infrastructure including glass walls, fencing, nets, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare courts for various activities such as training sessions and tournaments, ensuring readiness.
- Assist with handling sports equipment and support event logistics as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely repairs and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and landscaping around the courts to provide a safe and attractive environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate).
- At least 2 years of experience in sports facility maintenance or landscape maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Requirements
- Intermediate level education is desirable.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sports facility or landscape maintenance will be preferred.
- Applicants must submit scanned copies of academic and professional documents. The highest education certificate or degree must be attested or verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Candidates with a third division in their academic record or a weak academic profile may be deemed ineligible.
- Current employees of the institution with less than one year of service or without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Institution will not be considered.
- Candidates currently pursuing the required degree or medically unfit will be disqualified.
- Government or Armed Forces employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests or interviews; no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided.
