Be present at the front door of Office to welcome guests.
Greet company visitors, guests. When they arrive, warmly welcome them, and get them seated properly.
Proper dress code and personal hygiene to be maintained.
When courier arrives, sorts all mails distributes it in a manner that seniors have prescribed.
Ensure to document the list of received mail and their recipients for tracking purposes.
On a daily basis, prepares outgoing mail for pickup by the postal service.
Listen and respond all incoming calls, and forward the call to concerned staff member.
Ensure not to make personal calls and lengthy chatting on telephone lines with staff/vendor/clients/other operators/etc.
Receive Calls from all customers, external agencies and vendors.
Responsible to maintain and update all the telephone directory, addresses.
